I have been using this pharmacy as long as I've lived in Mobile. There are two employees *pharmacy techs* that are rude and unpleasant to deal with. One is a heavy set, middle aged white lady and the other is Tekerria. I cringe when I see either of them because I know l will leave feeling like I've interrupted their life. The little Hispanic girl and the tall dark haired girl are always nice and of course the pharmacist are too. I am one more unpleasant experience away from switching my pharmacy to someplace else.

The worst pharmacy by far. I’ve had two instances so far in three months where they say my prescription will be ready but when I get there it is not. I then have to drive a second time to actually get it. The first time, they called me saying it was ready for pick up. I went there and it was not ready. It happened again today. A pharmacist on the phone asked me when I would be picking it up last week since I couldn’t make last week and I told her either Monday or later this week. So I went there today and surprise, surprise it wasn’t ready. I’ll be attempting to pick up my prescription there tomorrow and most likely be switching to another pharmacy as this place is too inconvenient and not good on what they say.

This location is near my house, I stop there at least once a week. Clean place, clean bathrooms. Courteous service.
