Drive through pharmacy takes too long. I'm usually in my car 30-45 minutes waiting before I can get to see a pharamasict. I wouldn't even be coming to this location but they shut down the walgreens location on Dawes Rd.

Hurricane sally has nearly all Walgreens closed temporarily and my normal Walgreens was not going to be open so I called another WAlgreens (because pain management states only use same. Pharmacy) they answered and the pharmacy manager was exceptionally. Helpful .had me bring out prescription and within 10 minutes my mom had it filled (as I am very seldom able to go and try to fill it for myself) absolutely exception service , very helpful and very knowledgeable. I am so thankful for how the whole experience was conducted. Thank you Walgreens at three notch rd.. When I needed professionalism you fulfilled the order

These people force old sick people to make multiple trips back and forth up to their store with the risk of catching covid-19 and dying each time to refill prescriptions that are clearly due for refill. Ridiculous!

Although the employees are very nice, their pharmacy refill system is horrible. I posted about the Cottage Hill store 5 months ago, but this branch (3-Notch Rd.) is just as bad. It must be their system.nnI got a phone call from a live person on 9-25-2020 telling me a prescription was ready for pickup. I asked if it was a specific drug and they said yes. I went to the store this morning (and after waiting about 10 minutes in line) and was told that there were no prescriptions ready or waiting to be filled. The prescription (30-day supply) had last been filled 8-15-2020. They filled it within 15 minutes but I didn't wait inside as all the seats were taken. I checked out the items I had, ran another errand and came back later at the drive thru. As with the other location, this was not the first time this has happened.
