My family has been using Rx Epress in Hurley for MANY years but i have to say, lately, this has absolutely been the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Every time I pick up my meds, it’s either 20 or more minutes sitting in their drive through line plus 15 minutes sitting at the window with all of the workers laughing inside and not bothering to help. I have had to wait several days after my prescription‘s “fill date” HAS to be filled (something I’m supposed to take EVERYDAY) because they never have it. And that’s after calling in my prescription that they say is ready, waiting in line, signing for it/paying for it, and then not getting it for another 3 days. Absolutely ridiculous. This wouldn’t be a problem with me if it weren’t my health on the line. Do not recommend using Rx Express in Hurley.

Thanks! Such a lifesaver. Got my son's med filled quick with no hassle, unlike CVS across the way. Another happy & loyal customer gained!

We stopped using this pharmacy. Everyone was kind, no complaints about service with a smile! But I was sick of my prescriptions never being ready! I would request on Wednesday that they be ready on Friday. I would come by on Friday and they had not even been started. An employee told me to call before I came. I would call around noon because I would leave to go into Mobile at 3:00pm. I told them I would be there by at 2:45. I would get there and would still wait at least 20-30 minutes for my order. I like supporting small businesses. When something like this happens once or twice it’s just a bad day, when it happens habitually it’s bad business. When Mr. Smiley sent me twice to CVS I just kept my business there!

Worst pharmacy ever! Save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else.
