So rude , not at all helpful. They also never have meds in stock or at least say they don't.

Worst pharmacy customer service I have personally experienced - fill your scripts elsewhere. Waited patiently 2 wks for my prescription to get filled to no avail. Then took initiative to call and get different script written but thanks to their shoddy customer service I’m still doing without medicine. Meanwhile, I will likely have to revisit urgent care due to my medical condition worsening due to unreasonable delay. Save yourself the trouble and drive the distance to a competent pharmacy and you will be glad you did.

CVS in Hurley has became the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. From loosing my prescriptions, and blaming it on me to calling and sending text messages to say its ready just to arrive and be told we had to order it. Come back in a few days. I sure miss the days of Hurley Drugs when pharmacist Steve Lott truly cared about those that he served. This place has became a corporate joke!!

Everytime ive been here they try to give me the price without my insurance added. When my insurance is already on file. Or they will reask for my insurance card. They also never have my medicine ready at the time they say they will and that has been almost everytime i have been there. The wait is terrible, 45 minutes behind one car in line. After i get my prescription tomorrow, i will be switching pharmacies. This place is a joke.

Wow!! I am giving 1 star to this pharmacy only because I was forced to choose 1 in order to post. It’s like these people received their degree in rudeness and hatred. I will NEVER use this CVS Pharmacy in Hurley ever again. Unbelievable! But after reading the already posted reviews I am not surprised! Looks like this is their norm! I am however giving the Pharmacy department 5 stars in horrible customer service, rudeness, and hatred! How horrible is their lives that they treat other people with such poor standards of humanity.
