The pharmacy is the slowest I have ever experienced. Not only did I have to wait almost 8 hours for a prescription to be filled. I had to wait one hour in line to pick it up. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is ridiculous. The pharmacy needs a complete overhaul or training for its employees to understand the meaning of express pickup.

Do yourself a favor and do not go here! There is a woman that works the front and the phone. You cannot ask a question because she will talk over you. She loves to hang up on customers. She runs this pharmacy. So if you make her mad by calling and asking questions she will make sure it takes longer for you to get your meds. Obviously the pharmacist doesn’t care because they allow it. The absolute worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The worst part is Walgreens let’s it happen. So clearly the pharmacist doesn’t want to work or they would not allow this from an employee. A clerk at a pharmacy should not have the power to decide who gets their medicine.

Yet another bad experience with Starkville Walgreens. They steal meds make sure to count you pills. They dont call your Dr. For refills like they are supposed to. I have had 2 partial thefts of my RX from this walgreens. Dont bother reporting it the GM and Pharmacist cover each other. Rarely ever get a order correct then make sure to count your pills. Now the pharmacy has decided during lunch when people use their lunch time to pick up RX walgreens has decided to close the pharmacy from like 1230pm to 2pm. I'm not sure what bonehead decided to close for lunch but that doesnt work for your customers. Walgreens has until I see my Dr. In January and i will never use them again. Did I mention they steal meds! They never go out of their way to help you in any way. Something is always wrong then it's always an argument instead of just helping you. Fix the way complaints are made. We need to be able to report places like this to corporate office. I tried to file a complaint and it would not take it. I have tried to call and gotten no where.

I’ve had some minor issues with prescriptions at this location but recently had the worst experience yet. Will be switching to CVS as soon as possible. You have to speak to 5 people 5 different days in order to get a problem resolved and they still have a hard time. Makes absolutely no sense...so disappointed.
