Newer employee in pharmacy drive thru treated me so RUDE!!! So uncalled for. Learn how to show simple customer service by speaking to people with respect and kindness! Just because this is the City does not mean the level of customer service should be any less.

I went to CVS Thursday and dropped off this script. I went to pick it up Saturday, first they couldn’t find it-under my name or my dogs (yes, this is for my dog) then when they did find it they said it STILL wasn’t ready bc they needed to talk to the vet. So I asked for the script back.nnMy roommate recommended Walmart pharmacy. Within 15 minutes of dropping it off it was ready. No issues-no calling the vet-nothing. Just great service and a quick turn around. CVS needs to get it together. It is a block from my house and I drove another 15 minutes to drop it off somewhere else bc the service was THAT horrible.

had covid drive thru test today by appt. there was a little bit of a line but the testing was easy, the staff person was really very nice, friendly and helpful.

This was my first time at this location and Its definitely my last , the pharmacy staff a female particularly she was rude and didnt have patience to get my meds. I will stick with going to my location.

Terrible customer service. I was told that my prescription would be filled and I could pick up in an hour. That was Friday, 4 days ago. Now I am being told that medication is on back order. It’s Monday at close. I am simply wanting my nausea meds and prenatal vitamins, glad it isn’t heart medication this time! Lost my business forever. Going straight to Walgreens.
