I have never even been in a CVS pharmacy but continue to receive emails asking how satisfied I am with the way my prescription was filled. St. Louis? I live in California. Called the pharmacy at Lindell location. They have no idea why I am getting these surveys. Worrisome in this time of ID theft. I will stick with my Walgreens in CALIFORNIA!! ?????

The worst customer service EVER!!! Was on hold for over an hour to refill a prescription that wouldn’t let me refill over the automatic voice system. After an hour of being on hold before ever speaking to someone, it came to my head to call and press the option as if I was a doctor calling to speak to a pharmacist and what do you know, THEY ANSWERED IN LESS THAN A MINUTE!! Pathetic!!. How can I trust them to get my rx right if they can’t even answer the phone. Beyond upsetting!!

First I’ll start off by saying it’s highly unsanitary inside this store. Secondly they have a frozen food section‼ufe0f‼ufe0f‼ufe0f....with freezers that are supposed to be cold... but they warm on the inside (which is highly disgusting).. it’s been this way for months and I honestly believe no one cares I’m sure someone is well aware about the issue.. but they continue to pack food and drinks inside this CVS is honestly disgusting and nasty and it should be shut down.

Sylvia the cashier is mean! I use to be a manager at this store in 2016 and if I worked there today I would've fired her. I left due to college. Sylvia.. her attitude, demeanor is horrendous. Its not just once every blue moon. Each time I visit. Its the same dry, scrunched up face, probably thinking she'd be better off at home..nnManagement. Get her together before I do & report her to corporate.

Some of the rudest pharmacy staff that I’ve ever dealt with in all of the years I’ve been a CVS customer. Unhelpful, condescending and absolutely terrible to desl with when trying to pick up my prescriptions in the drive through window. Waited over 30 minutes in line to be told it would be at least another hour to pick up prescriptions that had been called in several hours before. Save your time and energy and shop ANYWHERE else.
