I want today to the cvs in centennial lane to buy some essential stuff. I had some cvs coupons to use. After the cashier scanned all the items and the coupons, every thing worked fine. The coupons went through and no problem. The cashier void the transaction and refused to use all the coupons after the all worked fine. She was so rude. This is not the first time. Two weeks ago after I finish buying stuff, I forgot another item to buy. The manager did not allow me to buy it. She said only one transaction foe the customer. This CVS doesn't like any one to use cvs coupons and treat them rudely. Why cvs give us coupons if the cashiers refuse to use them. I am so upset.

How can you still allow TOUCH SCREEN AND PENS to be used for payments - is shocking .....Number one cause of disese spread by any means. ...Please make the system touch-less at least NOW....... Poor tought towards community ....all will get the disease if they use the pen for payments and signature for touchscreen ...else the pharmacy itself is spreading the virus

The pharmacy staff was wonderful. Fully answered my questions and quickly filled the scripts. Very pleased.

I asked for help from the manager, who snapped at me that he was busy. Taking your bad mood out on a customer is unacceptable. Taking my business to Walgreens.
