Terrible customer service at this CVS. I went to the doctor and they sent my prescription there around 7:00pm and I drove right to the pharmacy as I needed the prescription that night. I called ahead and asked if they could fill the prescription before closing and I was told that they could (the lady on the phone was beyond confused about my question but assured me they could fill it). I show up around 7:15pm and am told they cannot fill my prescription tonight and if they could I would have to wait 45 minutes. I insisted that I needed it tonight and could not wait 45 minutes and the pharmacist raised his voice at me saying that he has not had time to use the bathroom therefore he cannot fill my prescription. At which point I left because I was in shock. I had to suffer through another night without my medication because of the rudeness of the staff here. I will never go to another CVS again, this is the 2nd one I have tried because of similar bad service.

Worst experience and insulting, the lady on shift, Diane - came up to me at the self check out, sure it said “help Is needed” but it stopped once I scanned the correct part of the juice boxes I was purchasing my children. I accidentally scanned the juice box bar code instead of the package barcode which triggered the alert, she comes over & is grabbing rudely in my bags, proceeds to then tell me “you have something in your bag you haven’t scanned yet” I pointed to the item that triggered the alert she got loud & argued with me & did NOT follow Covid protocols while she has customers waiting in line to be serviced. She was so rude I could have used other words but I refrained. Never giving this CVS buisness again after being a loyal customer since opening. Diane, arguing with customers is not a professional look! Stay blessed

I burnt my self today but did not want to sit for hours and hours at the doc as it had not turned into a blister as of yet.. I went in and asked the pharmacist what the best options were for over the counter products. His name was Isreal and not only did he help me find a pain reliever He was immediately very attentive and helpful he helped me find something to prevent infection and protect it. I would recommend this pharmacy to all over any other CVS in the area. The staff are also very friendly!

Waited in drive-thru line for 45 minutes and never moved, during the week in around 2 pm. I have three special-needs children and don't want to go inside to pick up prescriptions. Your drive-thru COVID testing is making drive-up for prescriptions impossible . You're forcing us inside and risking our health!! (And don't suggest the med-dose packs. We were in the program but COVID shipping delays made our meds arrive days late. We had to leave the program since my children can't miss days of meds every month!)

*sigh* I go here often due to the proximity to my house. Now, Im glad they put in the self check-out kiosks (although i hate those irritating bags!) but the place is usually packed. We need some alternatives/competition...like a Rite-Aid/Walgreens across the street ud83dude0f. The staff are really nice though so that’s a plus!
