I just got my shingles vaccine, came about 9:15am after the opened. Everyone was nice, the person giving the shot was good and experienced. The only problem was how the person ran my Aetna card through causing me to have to double check it with the main Aetna pharmacy.

I've been using this pharmacy for about 15 years and I've always had a good experience. There was a few times when I had to wait longer than desired, though service was always very friendly and helpful.

I don't know why we keep giving this pharmacy chances, clearly they aren't interested in improving. Today I went in to pick up 3 prescriptions & was told one wasn't covered by my insurance. The clerk said I could call my insurance & they would refund if insurance agreed to cover the medicine. Called my insurance to inquire & it turns out the pharmacist never tried to get approval for the medication.nWhen I called CVS the woman on the phone was the same who checked me out. She informed me I would need to come back so they could re-run the claim (the one they never actually ran). No apology.nDrove back to the pharmacy, waited while both the clerk & the pharmacist processed the return & processed the claim. Miraculously it was approved once they actually called it in to insurance.nAt no point did anyone attempt to apologize for their blatant error, nor the fact that I had to drive there twice due to their incompetence.nIf you enjoy waiting in very long lines, while sick, to be treated like you're a major inconvenience by the staff then this is the place to go! You won't see me there.

If you are looking for the rudest people in the world, this is the pharmacy for you. I was told my prescription is no longer covered by my insurance.( been on it for 16 years with no problem) I was told to call the doctor to get a different prescription. I called the insurance company and was informed they never ran it, he then proceeded to call for me and she told him that her specific CVS couldn’t handle putting it through and that I needed to call and have it transferred. I call back she again is annoyed and tells me I need to find a CVS and do the transfer myself and then hung up on me. I called another CVS and miraculously the prescription went through. This is the second time it’s happened here. No one is willing to help or be kind in anyway. I am disgusted by the treatment I have received.
