This is MY NEIGHBORhood pharmacy! Always friendly staff! Kept well stocked. The Pharmacy staff go well ABOVE & BEYOND to help! The Pharmacists Sam & Josh customer care and service are exemplary! In particular, Sam, the Pharmacist is amazing, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful! In today’s world, where many are working short & multi tasked, he always manages a smile and a genuine “how R U doin!”. And he gives essentially painless vaccines! Really appreciate their presence in my NEIGHBORhood pharmacy. So glad Rite Aid/Walgreens decided to press on here!

The sales staff are very helpful and nice. The pharmacists informed me that my medication was no longer available at the prescribed dose. This information was incorrect because my doctor checked the FDA registry of medications no longer available, and it was not listed. I was able to get it filled at another pharmacy with no issues. I don’t usually write reviews because it’s not anonymous, but this error is dangerous for patients with serious medical conditions that require specific doses, and should not be overlooked.

I would give this store no stars if I could. The Foster Street location is the worst. Cashiers are rude. Someone who could barey speak English accused me of shoplifting and demanded to search my purse. He was not a police officer or security guard. Of course I refused to let him since I had no idea who he really was. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

When looking for an attentive, intelligent, helpful and friendly pharmacist... here you go! The pharmacy here is the best I've been to in the area! My insurance company has been... difficult, shall we say, they have handled them with ease. They have reached my doctor for refills when I am not able to reach her. 99.8% of the time my medications are in stock, even when they're new prescriptions. ( One medication in particular was nearly impossible to catch in stock at any of the surrounding pharmacies.)nnThey helped when my insurance company refused to cover a Brand Name med. after the generic I was using was discontinued.nnAlways friendly and timely. Plus side... there is ALWAYS parking. ud83dudd92ud83dudd92
