I'm constantly having issues with this place every month when it's time to fill my meds. I've never used such a disorganized pharmacy before.They have caller ID and never pick up my calls. I go into the pharmacy and see them googling cell phones. I leave messages, they don't call back. I am sick and I have little energy and these women take days to fill my medication after my doctor calls it in. Its extremely frustrating and makes me have to call several times. The older woman who works all the time has been the worst out of them all. She's rude and her voice is condescending. I've asked for her name and then her supervisor and she refused both. She would leave messages saying my meds were ready to be picked up but make my husband while she filled my meds when he got there. I left this pharmacy because their customer service is abysmal.

I would like to apologize to the staff at MIDAS RX PHARMACY on Washington Blvd for a mixup. I believe that I was dealing with a personal problem that day. They have been a great asset to the community. Once again Thank You.
