This Walgreens is probably the worst I’ve ever been to. I go often as I work nearby and there is always a line to checkout and it takes forever because they never have more than 1 person checking customers out. The pharmacy is a whole other issue. I had a doctor call in some Rx’s and one was filled the other was marked out of stock. After waiting about a week I decided to call. Was on hold for 35 minutes until I finally got a hold of someone that said my insurance doesn’t cover the medication. Shouldn’t you have told me that when the medication was sent to you rather than making me wait a whole week thinking I was just waiting on the medication to be restocked? I don’t quite understand if it’s a staffing issue or what but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Walgreens ran as poorly as this.

I enjoy shopping down at dome Walgreen on Martin Luther King boulevard my experience with the photo department is always excellent and they have updated equipment

The pharmacy and the I’m guessing supervisor a very disrespectful and nasty I would not recommend coming to this store bad part is I’ve been coming to the store since it was a CVS for the last five years and it has went sharply downhill on the quality of customer service with the people Walgreens has hired I repeat do not come to the store it would be an unpleasant experience in a waste of your time

Been waiting for 30min on the phone and they hung up.nIf there is something wrong with your insurance they refuse to prepare your meds.nThey make you wait for days before they give you your medications

Customer service is really bad sitting here waiting for Covid vaccine to be given almost 1 hour now
