I had the worst experience this morning at the location at 5200 York Rd. The cashier in the pharmacy was rude and obnoxious. She reminded me of the price of the Claritin D product that I was purchasing despite that I came to the counter to purchase it because you can only obtain the product from the pharmacy. Sadly the experience got worse as she literally tossed my items in to the paper bags she used, while I asked for a plastic bag noting visually how she tossed my items in and that paper bags do break easily, she stated “you can go get that from up front.” As I proceeded to leave the store my bag broke sadly and my items ended up on the floor in, I had to go get a plastic bag from up front, come back to the aisle, get my items off the floor and bag them. Not sure what was going on with her or why the bad vibes but no one should have to explain why they should be treated with respect; that should be an understood element in life ( there is to many people with hate in their hearts). I have chosen to spend my money there over the past years. To one positive credit the cashiers up front are usually awesome and I have had positive experiences that outway what I experienced at the pharmacy register today.

I visit the pharmacy for the first time today and the customer service at the pharmacy was pleasant contrary to the review. Cant say that the customers were nice tho.

Ask a lady in the pharmacy if she knew where a health product was.....she told me in a rude voice to ask the person up front. Worst customer service i ever seen. Almost felt bad spending my $16 there. Guess i won't do it again. Stay away from this store.

When entering CVS @ 5200 York Rd, 90% of the time, you’re greeted with Smile and Hello. Once you get to the pharmacy. 100% different, first it’s a while to be acknowledged, second they have the worst attitude, they give the impression that you’re inconveniencing them. The pharmacy customer service SUCKS. My reason for staying is it’s walking distance. I feel that is not a good reason anymore and considering finding a new pharmacy
