Very bad customer service. They send you msg asking you to come pick up your prescription and when you go they treat you like you're crazy. They have no courtesy and they think you are asking they a favor. Last 3 times they made me lost my lunch break cause they didn’t even wanted to try checking for my prescriptions.
Pharmacy service needs to be improved......
Maaan something is weird about this CVS. It feels like it's under construction. And they had the coolers in the back taped off and the only drinks were in the front coolers. It's open 24 hours though. So it's on brand for a Baltimore CVS.
Always choose CVS for quick shopping. This one is best around the town . They are open 24 hours this is the best thing also they have self checkout which most of the CVS don’t have. It’s make checkout very quick. They don’t have parking lot but you can find street parking easily. But street parking are paid meter parking. Employees are friendly. Always recommend.
I love this CVS they always text me or email me when my rx is ready for pic up and they have friendly employees willing to help you out
