The staff is very friendly and very overworked. You cannot run this hotel with 4 people on staff. You cannot expect the staff to be at their best when they are doing everyone's jobs. These people are doing their very best. Get people in here to help them. This is a gorgeous hotel. Help is needed!
I went back and gave it another try. It was much better this time around. The manager, Eric, was very nice and the whole place was cleaner. There were no issues with the room, it was clean and everything worked
Service when first arrived was extremely rude, no mask were being worn. No staff thought about cleaning up our room, I called a staff too our room about the tv, when they came in our room without a mask! I need better service than this, I hate this device and it is super disrespectful to the guests!!
This place reminds me of a 2-star hotel in a developing nation. It's run down, seems that everything is damaged or in need of repair, and there isn't enough staff to run the place. It's adequate if you just need to put your head down, but don't expect anything else.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon check in I had to wait in an empty lobby with no help. There was no sign of any employees or anything on the counter saying they had stepped away. After 20 minutes had passed a worker came in from the side door with a fast food bag. I got up to my room and had no hot water. I called the front desk and was informed that I had to let the water run for 45 minutes for it to get hot (which had to be done every single time we wanted hot water). We had no hand soap or even body soap in our room and in the middle of a pandemic you would think they would be a little more conscientious of this. Finally when it came to the check out once again there was no employee in sight. I had to wait over an hour for an employee to finally show up. Absolute worst hotel experience I have ever encountered.
