I stay in 30-40 holiday inn hotels a year and this was one of the best experiences I've had to date. The entire staff was amazing. Facilities, rooms were exceptional. The only down side was I couldn't stay longer.
This hotel is one of the worst establishments I’ve ever stayed in my travels across the U.S. Foremost, they employ individuals who find it acceptable to help themselves to my personal food items. My colleague informed a member of their team that his smoke alarm would not stop beeping, only to have it replaced three days later. I’ve taken better field showers in Iraq and Afghanistan than I did in my stay here. Avoid this hotel at all cost. They don’t do the little things right and will be a complete disappointment to your stay. This is only the tip of it…failing to prepare coffee, unwillingness to check out later, the list goes on and on. They exist because of proximity to Fort Polk. I would have expected better towards the service members and contractors that likely keep their power on. It is a run-down dump.
Awesome Experience! Good clean rooms, front desk staff on all shifts very polite and helpful. Mr.Jeremy made sure we were well taken care of.
Good MorningnThis was by far not up to standard for your properties. I was disgusted and the smell in the hotel and room was of mildew. They also did not give me any welcome points stated the program was on holdnI just stayed 3 nights ago at a HI and was given my points. The staff was not friendly.nI had no choice but to stay due to time and availability but I barely slept. The bed was hard and the sheets are old.nJust not up to standard at all. Disgusting.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was very accommodating to my family after a prior experience without any hot water in a previous hotel. The front desk staff Cameron was great at facilitating our stay with zero problems. Early check in and yes hot water, a comfortable bed and very clean room . I appreciate such hospitality that was given
