The rooms are nice and big. Everything was clean as well. The location is cute they have a covered area with picnic benches and a grass area backed by trees with a grill & a courtyard with benches. It’s right next store to a breakfast place too. The front desk workers are extremely helpful and nice. One gentlemen went the extra mile for us when we had to extend our stay as well as another women was very sweet! I defiantly will be staying there again.

Hazel at the front desk checked me in and I instantly knew I was in good hands. The hotel was clean clean clean! Wasn't lacking a thing. Will definitely come back in my travels! It was super quiet too

This is the only good hotel to stay in Leesville. After days of tears, stepping on cockroaches and seeing sting operations go down we finally found this amazing place. I might not have appreciated Surestay if I was in another city, but until you have been to Leesville you can't truly understand how much better this place is then the rest. It's a good price, everyone is soooooo amazing, and it's a clean place to lay my head that actually allows pets. Customer service is top freaking notch. I have been to 5 star hotels where the staff wasn't half as courteous, helpful and just all around amazing. This is THE place to stay here. Seriously don't even consider anywhere else.

A true gem of a hotel. Very warm and professional reception upon arrival from Hazel and Delisa. We felt right at home immediately. Our room was very clean, quiet and spacious. The doors lead out into a corridor which is a plus. Landscaping is immaculate. Parking is convenient and plentiful. Very convenient location to Fort Polk (8 miles). Great Cajun restaurant next door. As a COVID-19 precaution, this site prepares a delicious balanced breakfast “to-go.” The breakfast burritos and hot coffee were my favorites. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this location. We joined their rewards program which was thoroughly explained to us by Hazel. Best Western has earned our loyalty as we will stay here each time we visit Leesville/Ft. Polk.
