Granted the COVID craze has effected us all, I should have chosen to stay somewhere else. When I arrived, there was no greeting to acknowledge me as a Gold Elite member, I still haven't received any bonus points for check in, and the breakfast is being treated like the chow hall with limited number of items that guests can have. This is the ONLY IHG location that is limiting breakfast items for guests. And the woman that serves breakfast is rude if you ask for more than what is allowed per guest. Stayed here before with no issues but this trip may cause me to stay else where next time.
This is very good place to stay The customer service is great when you have a problem they take care of it immediately.
Lack of commitment to customer service. By far the worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever been.
Service is lacking; staff are surprisingly unwilling to accommodate basic requests (like early check-in).
I've been living here for about a week it's not too bad. The bed are comfy and the showers are hot. I go jogging at the golf course and the commissary is right next door. There is also a park across the way. Free breakfast!
