Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Bed was very comfy as well.

Very nice place and pleasent staff

I have been coming to your hotel for over a year monthly (until COVID-19) for a week business trip and was always more than pleased with your service. This last trip was the first time in months travel was again allowed. I knew the storm had come through which had a impact so the company checked and was assured things were ok . I arrived from a late flight in to find you had no power, and therefor nowhere for me to stay. I was told the power had been on earlier and if it came back I would have a room. I searched the area and nothing was available but the nice gentleman at Holiday Inn dd offer a roll-away in the lobby. I did not want to get him in trouble with his boss so I did not accept his hospitality and instead slept in your parking lot in a rental car. The next day your power came back on so I asked to check in. I was informed that I did not have a reservation since I did not check in on time the day before and would have to make a new reservation and pay out of pocket to stay. I contacted my company which was unable to reach your location due to disruption in phone service. By this time the Army was aware of my situation and the Post hospitality kicked in and lodging on base was found for me for the remainder of the week. Having grown up in Hurricane prone FL, I am more than aware of the disruptions storms can have so I expected some inconveniences. But the flippant rudeness and total lack of interest of your staff to make the situation work not only cost you my business that week when I am sure it was needed but in the future for my one week a month stays. My mosquito bites from sleeping in my car have healed but my disappointment in your service which, had always been the best, has not.

The stay was excellent. Amanda was super hospitable, and has a positive attitude. I Had small issue when I were there and she handled the situation very professionally and in a timely manner. Would stay again. Thank you.
