Great stay if you are here for an event. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is great!
I had a few problems when I checked in but the excellent customer service made sure that it was taken care of as soon as possible could.
Laverne checked us in & was absolutely delightful. Great value for the area & the rooms were very spacious. Only a couple of issues with the room. The bottom of the bathroom required some type of apparatus to stop the water flowing all over the floor in front of the sink. The mattress was low-quality. The mini-fridge, coffee maker & microwave are great additions that provide great value over many other hotel rooms.
Great place, but a little over priced
Upon check in, I wasn’t greeted. I had to speak first to say I had a reservation. I was asked for my ID and method of payment and then I was given a room key and was told my room was next door. I was very courteous to the desk clerk. Addressed her as “ma’am”. Upon completion of the transaction I said “Thank you” and received no response. The desk clerk was very cold hearted and unprofessional. I have stayed in Navy Lodges throughout the United States and by far this is the worst front desk service I have ever experienced!! On the date of my departure I asked for a wake up call and was told I could not receive one. This is the first Navy Lodge I was told that I couldn’t get a wake up call. I truly believe the management and staff needs to be completely overhauled. If you would like to contact me, I would appreciate it.
