Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast is extremely accommodating. Rooms are well cleaned and while the tub situation is a shower only deal I have enjoyed my prolonged stay therenSorry bout that should have been five my man.
Our story goes like this... On our way tonTX we decided to stop for the night, so did a reservation on the way there and called the hotel to find out the were no rooms.ud83dude2f The front desk person, Ann, explained that this has happened before but there was nothing she could do at this time. When asked about other options nearby she suggested the hotel across the street. So we called the Country Inn and luckily there were rooms available. To our surprise while still driving Ann (front desk person at the Holiday Inn) called us back and let us know that there has been a cancellation! Yay! They honor our original reservation, the check in process was smooth, all this happening between 10:30-11pm...nnRoom was very clean!!! Comfortable beds! Super clean bathroom! No surprises at all... Everything looks pretty new.nnBreakfast was good! The lady helped me pack all 4 breakfast to go for my children and spouse who were still getting ready at the room. She was awesome too! Sorry, I can't recall her name!ud83eudd26♀ufe0fnnOverall experience was great! Great service! Great hospitality too! If you're around stay with them!ud83dude00
This hotel is modern and newer construction with a staff that really takes care of your needs. Our room was missing the TV remote and the staff had a replacement within a few minutes of our call. Breakfast was great!
The staff went out of the way, to accommodate me and my family. Morgan at front counter, was great with me. Very attentive and courteous, even during the stressful time, of dealing with so many customers request, due to hurricane Laura. I have a dusabke autistic son, and she made him comfortable while talking and listening to him. Very grateful from her, on how she handled my son, woth so much ease. I thank you snd all your staff. From checking with Miss Morgan, to Mrs. Amanda, helping out with Q&A's and others, that I can't recall their names. Please tell them, we loved it and we will be back.
We stayed one night and were out before 9:00 the following morning. They lied and said we extended our stay another day. We were gone — there is not one semblance of truth to the claim.nnThey asked if we can prove it. Can they?nnWe've stayed in this hotel twice and both times there were significant issues. Find another place to stay.
