It's not that bad. I mean I lived in Baton Rouge and prison for several years. So this place is good to me. The smell of weed is strong in the hallway. The neighbors stay to themselves. The rent is good. It's all inclusive.
The rooms are nice, very clean. If it was ran more like a hotel I think it would have been more enjoyable. I rented a room to visit with my daughter for a few days before school started. This place is like pay by the week apartments. When I arrived everyone was out side because a long term tenants kid pulled the fire alarm. There are small children constantly running up and down the halls yelling and screaming. Not to mention the occasional adult shouting matches and doors slamming. Oh and there is no front desk at night you have to call a off site number who then contacts security. For the price the rooms are nice. The front desk woman was very nice and seemed well liked by the tenants of the building as well.
Decent to lay your head but has roaches. And soon as the front desk leaves it turns into a club.
Horrible. My room was not clean, tried for 2 hours to get someone from the front desk or staff to answer. Went to the front desk, with no one to be found. I highly do not recommend any interactions with this physicality.
Decent place. Pretty clean and quiet.
