After spending the night on closed I-20 East in the car we were directed to this hotel by a police officer. They welcomed us with open arms, coffee, breakfast and a place to rest in the lobby. They had no open rooms due to the closing of all highways north, south, east and west due to massive snow storm. They offered us a room if one became available. Although we did not stay as we were able to find an alternate route to avoid I-20 closures, I can not say enough about the hospitality and compassion we received. THANK YOU, THANK YOU MAYA, DENISE AND FAYE!!! I would stay here anytime!

It was great! We had been in terrible traffic jam for 9 hours and this place offered much needed relaxation. Will definitely stay again! Great comfy bed

When I arrived I told them my name and my bosses name because he made my reservation. Lady kept looking at me like I wasn't good enough to be there or something and she wasn't able to find my reservation until I gave her the confirmation number because my boss had checked me in online. When she handed me the keys that had been made when he did the online check-in, it had both of our names written on it. How do you miss that? Drain stopper in the shower kept falling down and I ended up having to take it off to avoid standing in water while I showered. I was going to give 2 stars because the hotel is pretty clean but then I remembered that I've had to go down and get my room keys redone twice now because they keep messing up.

Very nice and helpful staff. Rooms was very clean. Great restaurant located next door. I had a special situation come up and Ms. Inkie went out of her way to be sure that I was taken care of. I’ll never forget what she done for me. Thank y’all so much for the wonderful stay.

Very clean and maintain hotel. Service was very friendly and helpful. Will probably be staying there again on November.
