1 star for the nice staff. Facilities are out dated. Dirty carpet. Room door off alignment. Smelled like old smoke. Tub was worst case scenario!
Very nice rooms and clean. Shower head made water go all over the floor, but under the circumstances they we all were in I had no complaints what so ever
It was horrible, Toilet wouldn't flush, dog poop in front of the room door. Roaches crawling on the mirror. The room had a foul smell, The photos that's posted for the website is not accurate of how the rooms are. Very deceiving.
My friend reserved a handicapped smoking downstairs room. When he got to the motel the woman told him they didn't have what he reserved so she put him in the second floor no smoking room. My son called and asked for the same thing and was told they have the room my friend requested. That night we met a lady named Cindy that worked there. When she saw him trying to get up the stairs she told us she would have him moved to a downstairs handicapped room the next morning. My friend has heart problems and can't walk much. The woman in the office was very rude. When he went to check in the first day she came in the lobby and made him leave and go outside to the window even though he had a mask on and others was going in the lobby and wasn't told to leave. Be very careful with who you check in with. If possible request Cindy.
Heater did not work good. Bathtub was messed up. For the price it did the job.
