The pictures online are absolutely nothing like what we walked into. Cigarette burns on the blanket. The bed was completely lopsided. It smelt. The pool was empty and dirty. The same thing with the hot tub. The basketball court should be torn down completely because it’s practically not even there. They give you 10 minutes to get a refund which to me means they know a lot of people are dissatisfied with their experience. The best thing besides the refund was the front desk clerk. She was informative and polite. Everything else was terrible!!!!!!
These people are slum lords and rob you. The property is uninhabitable they make you book non refundable & won't give you your money back. I literally had an asthma attack tryna cancel reservation with booking and property I had to put kids In car and talk out side.

Overpriced last minute reservation for 2 nights $480 which included $150 deposit. The policy for refund is if you don't return key within 15 minutes you will not receive a refund. Pictures on website nothing like the actual location. Upon entering room there was a ricache bullet hole in door, stained couch, bed mattresses are sunked in middle and edges are elevated up, window curtain used as door, Management needs to clean up the area and rooms multiple young hanging onpatio smoking and drinking. Front desk personnel was the best part ngreat customer service and understanding.
Well, at least we didn’t die ! Avoid this place if you can. Where do I begin ? Roaches, like your first apartment in the worst part of town roaches, everywhere. Cigarette burns in all the furniture, broken furniture. They make you pay a $50.00 deposit to “not smoke” in the room. Which for us is no problem, we don’t smoke. But the room smelled like a weed dispensary.nTerrible, terrible hotel. But with hurricane Laura moving through the previous week, all the rooms at nice places were booked.
