Building smells like cigarettes. Walk in and 2 dying roaches were in the bath tub. Tried to make it. Slept and woke up to another roach scurrying on the backroom sink counter. And another tiny one on the wall. Almoat threw up. Will leave today after work.
I was in a NON - smoking room, both of my bath towels stunk of cigarettes. The mattress/bed frame were extremely old. Every time I laid down on the bed it creaked so loud and dropped. The refrigerator was absolutely disgusting.nnWhen I went to check out at 9 am, there was nobody at the front desk. I called them number and said they were closed for the “night”.nnThis place is absolutely horrible and I don’t recommend staying here AT ALL.
This extended stay is awesome and the staff are nice and understanding. Savannah is an amazing desk clerk and always go the extra mile to make her guests happy.
Had a reservation. Arrived at 5pm. Was told that they needed another 30 minutes to get my room ready. Waited in the parking lot. Came back at 5:45. Was told they still needed more time and to come back at 6:30. Came back at 6:45. Was told that they hadn't even started cleaning my room. Cancelled reservation.
Hotel was clean and service was great. Savannah was always there to help with a smile she was very professional and polite I would highly recommend this Hotel
