Never again. No refrigerator, ice machine didn't work so that give you two bags of ice. No ice bucket in the room. You get what you pay for. My son said continental breakfast was not all that. The one in Baton Rouge was way better.

We booked this 5 months in advance. We showed up and it was closed and with no notice after a 7 hour drive. We called Wyndham Corp who could do nothing but direct us to customer service the next morning @ 8am. We had to find another hotel at short notice for more than double the cost. We called the next day at 8 am and they assured us they would contact within 1 week and of course no one did. Will never book with this chain again!

Caveat: I was pushing hard on a cross country vehicle move and just needed a place to rest my head for cheap. The location is excellent as it is seconds of the Interstate 20. This place is exactly what you would expect for $43.00 a night. Thenstaff was extremely pleasant and very professional. It goes downhill after that. Cleanliness was marginal and the room smelled exactly what you would expect.....cat urine. No, I would not stay here again.

If I could have rated this place without a star I would have, let me start by saying I’m not even gonna type out what actually occurred cause it’s that bad, but never in my life have I ever seen with my own eyes or heard with my own ears the most unprofessional things come out of a MANAGERS mouth to not only his employee, but implied me and my fiancé were liars, and he refused to even address the situation with me directly when I came to the front desk in a calm way and asked to speak to him in private with what happened, I have taken this to the CEO Corporate office and do not advise anyone to stay there due to the problem we had (especially if you have children) and the fact that we lost money on our stay with them and he had no intentions on even trying to fix the problem just walked away from the desk like it was no big deal, I truly hope this is handled in the right way with corporate,
