So many problems with this place, spend the $10 more for a place that doesn’t look like a half cleaned up crime scene.n1. Large broken glass shards in the sink drainn2. Shower curtain was missingn3. Broken toilet paper roll holdern4. TV didn’t workn5. One bedside lamp’s cord was pulled out of the wall leaving exposed wires.nnI called the hotel to ask if they are serving breakfast as it is advertised on their website, I was rerouted to the chain’s primary number. The person on the other end of the phone read off their amenities from the website, and I again asked about breakfast and this was the only reason we were choosing this particular hotel. In the morning, the desk clerk politely said “no, we haven’t served breakfast in months.” I didn’t like the place to start, and if I were given the option to stay there again, I would sleep in my car instead.

Decent, safe budget place to stay if you're traveling alone & just need a no-frills place to crash for a night. It's right off the interstate, only 4-5 miles from Shreveport, LA. Front desk lady was nice, helpful and professional. Its price/night did beat out local competitors too, on a Monday. Issues: My room had a couple of lights that didn't work, and the TV/cable was non-functional (2nd floor, 207): but that wasn't an issue for me on this trip. Bed was comfy, clean sheets, normal-sized bathroom, no other complaints. I would come here again, yes.

Absolutely nasty and disgusting we stayed there overnight and the rooms were absolutely horrid holes kicked in doors and walls looks like they haven't touched the carpets with vacuum in a year the bedding stinks there were someone's clothes inside of the sheets never again the place should be shut down! then after seeing this review they don't even bother to offer any kind of refund or anything else just say that they're sorry and hope to see us again this place is an absolute joke if you are really sorry about the way your motel was run you'd offer us a refund considering we're not the only ones complaining about this place for a very long time. and for the record I am calling the health department and anyone else I can find to shut that place down before somebody catches something or gets something that they never want to have I've seen crack houses in better shape!

The hotel was good for the rate. Staff was friendly, quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable beds. Toilet would not flush however room 137. This gets aggravating. Construction work going on at facility.
