5 star because the park manager and maintenance are super friendly and always helpful! We do our part as tenants and have had no issues. People living here seem to keep to themselves, seems like a typical neighborhood...
I have lived here for almost 9 years and love it.
Great place
Needs work. Road not repaired in two months. Raw sewage behind trailers in back. Trash nearby ditch. Almost forgot to mention two break-ins. I have security cameras. Next is am alarm system.
Cannot receive my deposit back of 500 from October... Left trailer in perfect condition. Liked staying there just can't believe they won't send me my money back. Wish owner would contact me and let me know what is going on.
