I've live here and my home is bug and rodent free but then again I am a clean person. I work some really early hours and love that it's so quiet that I have no problem getting to sleep before the sun goes down. The current management have turned this place into a wonderful and affordable place to live and I'm thankful to have found it. It's close to town and my work and even has a family dollar within easy walking distance for exercise. Now if I can stop buying the ice cream cone to eat on the way back ( sort of defeats the exercise purpose ). Getting back on track, its a wonderful place to live but they don't put up with foolishness.
Management is very respectful and helpful, my home was perfect when i moved in, have not had problems with anybody, good prices, and the dump is real close so free trash!!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. The trailers are infested with roaches and mice. The ceilings and windows leak when it rains. They cover mold with more wood instead of replacing it. And don’t even get me started on management .. trailer park trash at its finest.
Father In law lives here and it's very quiet and peaceful so far.
