Newly renovated but not complete yet. Parking is limited but Cracker Barrel is one side and McDonald's on the other so park there if nothing else. Appeared it was understaffed since the lone employee was great but busier than an one-armed paper hanger. Room was comfortable and updated. Slept great. Signs up about masks and such but no mask police.
Best place to stay around the area!nCustomer service is excellent, after a long drive my wife and I were exhausted, got there around 9am, front desk girl went the extra mile to get us a room at the moment even when it was hard to get it ready due to the demand in the area, room was very clean, organized, you can even smell cleanliness in the air asa you open your room door, housekeeping personnel really care about getting everything clean & ready, that’s something you really expect & it’s really appreciate!!nI absolutely recommend this place!!
check in handled quickly, room was very clean- beds were awesome - loved the temperature control - only stayed one night but very restful.

I'm really sorry this location didn't meet up with the expectations of what I associate with the chain. We were exhausted from the driving and were looking forward to relaxing. The room had a seal on the door when we arrived, and everything appeared to be in order. When my husband picked up the TV remote, he was quite surprised by its stickiness. We wrapped it in a plastic bag so we could use it because were too tired to move to another room. Another issue was found when I was washing up at the bathroom sink. I noticed that water was pooling on the floor under the vanity.nnThe clerk did thank us for telling her what we experienced, then sprayed the counter where we were standing and told us to have a safe trip. I don't think we'll be back.
