The staff here was great! The reception clerk was especially friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was pretty meh. They are redoing a lot of the building and the room had fresh paint and new carpet, but the furnishings were very low end for a Hampton Inn and the mattress was pure misery.
Had remodeling going on but still a really good place to stay.
Overall it was a good stay. However, they were under construction which i was not aware of. Also, hot water in the bathroom faucet was not working.
Let me start by saying the coffee was amazing and the service was great as well. The beds were comfortable although the room could’ve been cleaned and/or enhanced a little more to look a little newer. The front desk staff had to ensure the dust was removed from the ceiling when we returned to our rooms and we also had a broken chair that was asked to be replaced to avoid potential Saftey issues. The room smelt clean and not stuffy, the bathroom was clean and WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK IN WHEN WE ARRIVED no wait time❣ufe0fud83cudf89 We appreciate the women that worked in the morning to prepare breakfast because her service was awesome as well. We enjoyed our stay as diamond ud83dudc8e members. Thanks for the front parking
Mold in the room, smelled wet like there has been water damage, air conditioner didn't cool the room, and the remote didn't work. Definitely would not stay again!
