We went to get a bike as a Christmas gift. Brendan was awesome at fitting the bike to our daughter and getting the accessories installed. The store was decently stocked with bikes. All staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Brian in sales for sports equipment was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to our wants and needs. He should receive 5 stars.nHowever, the lack of face mask coverings by employees was astounding. Oh yes, they did have face coverings, but below the nose or around the neck. This helps no one is the fight against Covid-19! In addition, there was no mask enforcement for” no mask shoppers”, in addition, “to below the nose mask” shoppers. Following CDC protocol is not that difficult! If the greeter can’t properly wear a face covering, it sets an unprecedented example for shoppers!!!!! Get your people covered!

We purchased a NordicTrack and got it home and started to put it together. We got about 70% done and realized we are missing two pieces. We were frustrated because the equipment was $1300. My husband call Nordic Track and it they said it will take 3 to 4 weeks. Landon in fitness was able to take the parts from the display so we can use our Treadmill. Thanks Landon!

The management here is trash, they don’t know how to treat their employees. I’m not even an employee and I know how trash their managers are. The hourly associates at this store deserve much more than how they are treated. Iv seen managers yelling at associates for being a couple minutes late, and won’t work with them on basic human rights. I will only shop at this store if I see employees being treated better.

Should've waited until they stocked back up from Christmas. Lol. But they had a lot of racks for clearance. The store is very neat. Lines weren't long. Everyone had their mask on and the associates were very knowledgable and helpful.
