Recently the association had Watertite re-roof the Association's clubhouse . Watertite did an excellent job. Not only was the work done in a professional manner but when asked to ensure access to and tidiness around the clubhouse for a special event; they carefully removed all of their equipment and materials so as to make the space especially clean and easily accessible. In fact the cleanup was better than the Association usually does. After completion of the job, they came back and cleaned up removing any excess deposits from the roofing material and leaving the clubhouse cleaner than they found it. The job was accomplished within the quoted amount. Everyone has commented on how nice the facility is. I would add that the Association had considered other roofing companies but Craig from Watertite worked closely with the Association to address the Association's concerns and developed an approach consistent with the Association's needs and budget. Others seemed more interested in how quickly they could get in and out and not in what we felt we needed.
Had some tree trimming done and the workers dropped a limb on the edge of the tiled roof breaking two of them. Called Watertite, because they do all of the roofs in my neighborhood. They were prompt and came out to look at the damage and give my a quote to repair. Very fair and reasonable price and the repair was completed quickly. I would definitely recommend Watertite Roofing for all your roofing needs! Thumbs Up!!
After Hurricane Irma, we sought many quotes from area roofers. Watertite was the most prompt, reasonable, and personable of all the companies we contacted. Once they began the job, they were efficient and professional. The site manager was on the job each and every day inspecting the work to ensure quality service.
