Interesting reviews conflict with the reality that this pharmacy is awful! Wont fill legal prescriptions from licensed physicians located in Jacksonville. This unwritten and unpublished “policy” is totally self serving and potentially dangerous. Thankfully there are other pharmacies that dont discriminate against customers based on location, physical ability or transportation options. I will take my business elsewhere and urge you to choose another pharmacy as well.

They are the BEST pharmacy I’ve ever gone to! I drive 45 minutes to use Island Family Pharmacy because they are dependable, friendly and knowledgeable about your personal health issues and the medications you take. When you walk through the door, they know your name every time and make sure you aren’t taking medications that shouldn’t be taken together. I will never use another pharmacy as long as they are here. Thank you for everything you do for me and all of the rest of my family members who also use your pharmacy!

This is one of the best pharmacies in St Augustine. They carry or can get in many of the less common prescriptions. They have a great group of pharmacist that stay on top of any drug interactions you may encounter.nnThey have a great delivery service and a drive-thru window. Their friendly staff works well with the many area doctors and medical facilities.nnIf you live on the east side of St Johns county this pharmacy will do a great job for you and your family.

Love Island Family Pharmacy! Switched from a national chain over to them, they made it easy and secured the electronic file to set us up. Always receive wonderful personalized service from Ryan, Stirling and crew.
