I’ve been a Walgreens customer for 30 years for everything including Rx and Photo. I have never ever witnessed an incident in a Walgreens like the 1 I witnessed this morning as I was in the phone with my husband as he entered the Walgreens store# 3487 on melaleuca in Lake Worth Fl at about 7:30AM on May 19th 2020. I was on the phone with him and heard the whole thing. Yvonne the cashier started chastising my husband as if he was her child as he walked in to exchange a box of pampers we received as a gift from our baby shower. Because he’s a black man, she seemed to assume he was coming in to do something illegal. Much much more to story and we will be calling Corp office at 8AM
Bad service, very unprofessional the pharmacy
Went in to buy deodorant which was buy one get one off, but apparently the scent I wanted was the only one out of 7 that was not on sale even though I bought it on sale last week. The cashier had me stand there for 20 minutes just to come back and tell me that I could get another scent if I'd like..
Naweem, the manager, took the time to call other locations to find what we were looking for. Awesome!
