I'll begin by saying that this company has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced!!!nnI ordered the chronic pain power pack for my mom who suffers from severe pain due to arthritis and spinal stenosis. Unfortunately, when I received the items, I noticed that some of the ingredients could interfere with one of her medications.nnI emailed Remedy's Nutrition and was offered a partial refund for two of the items, since one had already been opened. However, it had been my understanding that full refunds were offered on all their products, as long as the used items were also returned. I emailed the company again, saying that I was disappointed with their response, but would accept the partial refund.nnWithin minutes of my email, I received a call and a followup email, saying my full refund would be issued. Later that afternoon, I received the refund notice, and I had not yet even returned the products!nnI was speechless and grateful beyond words. I will definitely buy from these folks again. I'm sure there are products in their extensive offerings the will fit my needs.nnI recommend them highly!nnThank again!
