I really wish I could give this place a better review but there were certain things that really make that difficult. I specifically booked this place because it stated that they had cooktops available in the rooms, this is not necessarily true period I stayed there for 4 days and upon arriving I asked for a cooktop and they let me know that all of them were already in use, during my entire day I checked back multiple times and still no cook top. They also could not provide sheets and towels when I asked, stating that they had no extras. This is very odd to me that there would be no extra linens or towels available for guests. However the room itself was quite nice and it was great to be able to take my dogs with me. They did a great job accommodating provided and still had breakfast options available as well as booking time to use the hot tub and pool.

I am traveling for work and was booked here by my employer. The staff are super helpful. I had an issue in the room I was staying in and they upgraded and moved me without question or cost. Covid has the pool and hot tub by reservation, but that is the only inconvenience I have experienced. There are no curtains and a blackout shade slides down over the window to darken it and you can sleep during the day, huge bonus I had not expected as I am working a night shift. Food, shopping and entertainment are in short walking distance. I will be back with my family if we need to stay in the area again.

Our family was more or less stranded the over 8 weeks. Every single person that works there has an amazing person and very helpful!! They tracked down programs that will help us!
