Very nice lobby, lots of places to sit and meet (when there's not a pandemic). Room was lovely, the office chair was comfortable and the desk the right height for me. Bathroom is on the small side, but for business travelers like myself, that's perfectly fine. King bed was VERY comfortable, and the TV was huge. Took one star off because the fridge wasn't working, and the tub could use a little updating, but overall, I would happily stay here again.

Great room, very clean and beautiful hotel but I guess you have to pay extra for "free" breakfast which I did not know until I arrived, it actually doesn't make it free. The ice machine on my floor was broken so I had to hunt one down. After we checked in and had been in our room for a few hours another family was given our same room so they started to walk in and quickly realized there was a mix up. They had to drag there bags all the way back down to get another room. Most hotels will extend your night at the same price as you paid through a 3rd party company but they didn't allow me to. They made me book through the 3rd party company again to try and get the same rate. That was fine but this caused a mix up with billing because I was charged by Hilton and the 3rd party company 2 nights in a row. I then had to wait several business days for my bank to release the money on the pending transaction that wasn't supposed to be charged at all. The staff member who made the mistake was new and still learning. His personality made it better because he was so helpful and friendly. He was also very professional and took the time to establish rapport with guest's.

Stayed here for two weeks on business. Everything was adequate (Room, bed cleanliness, bathroom, service, gym, pool, etc.). I especially like the large desk space at the front of the room. I had my personal computer, xbox, and work computer spread across it with plenty of extra room to place other things. The mini-fridge for personal storage is another plus. I had to take the filters off of the A/C unit after freezing for one night before figuring it out. The filters are so dirty and clogged that it prevented the heater from circulating.

Let me start by saying that I am not one to normally give reviews. this is by far the best hotel that I have stayed in in a long long time the service is excellent they cater to your every need they really helped us out during a hard time . Look no further with your room here.

Unamazing. Stay on the third floor. My last night I believe there was a herd of water buffalo that continuously walked back and forth across the squeaking floor from 9:30 pm to 1:00 am the next morning. Not the hotel's fault, but their sound insulation is terrible. It is in a great location - near the freeway and a load of great restaurants. The desk clerk comped the water buffalo night - thankfully. Recommended, stay on the 3rd floor.
