Park is pretty clean , yards seem well maintained.
I didn't even know I visited
It's quiet friendly close to mall stores fast food. Just pay your rent keep your yard clean I have no problems.
Because the take good care of their renters. The lot rents a little high. You have a secured storage for your outdoor recreational boats, camper trailors, motor homes, extra vehecials.
This gets 2 stars because so far the office manager has been wonderful. It is still an RHP owned property and as such has a lot of rules that you have to follow. If you want a fence or a dog run or a dog or the ability to decide anything about your home and yard by yourself this is not the place to live. If you like someone telling you what you can and cannot do you just might like it. This is a very nice and well kept mobile home park.
