The houses are nice. But do NOT work with Alicia.She does not call back, She doesn’t remember anything or put in the right information. She has screwed up on so many homes. She has bribed neighbors for good reviews. She literally told us we could pull out of the offer and she could sell our home for more. She is definitely a hot mess. I’m shocked she’s still working in this neighborhood to be honest. I promise you will have a much better experience if you work with someone else.
