High lot rents. Poor road maintenance. It's under new management so hopefully it will get better...

DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE! Been here only one year and regret it deeply. Impact Communities raises lot rent every year. Mine is just raised from $620 per month to $680 per month. The place is a wreck. The management has no clue how to deliver customer service. They're mean and uneducated. The dust is atrocious. I've asked countless times for them to remove debris created from behind my new trailer when it was placed with no results. RIDGEWOOD IS A RIPOFF! ANY PLACE IS BETTER. (Any positive reviews are fraudulent) EDIT... Since the above review there has been a feeble attempt by Impact Communities to regain some respect for their horrid operation known as Ridgewood Estates. Firstly, the debris behind my trailer (evergreens chopped up to make room for the trailer placement) are still there. Furthermore, the construction company in process of removing asphalt for new pavement left a three yard pile of dirt and broken asphalt right in my driveway. They also have no traffic plan to ensure proper egress and entrance. With that they have left large rows of dirt and broken asphalt. My son left for work and is forced to drive over these mounds resulting in damage to his undercarriage. PAY NO REGARD TO IMPACTS STATEMENT BELOW....IT'S ALL LIP SERVICE. AND I MUST IMPLORE ANYONE SEEKING A NEW HOME....DO NOT CONSIDER IMPACT COMMUNITIES...HEED OUR WARNING .... IT IS AWFUL...

This community is nice, clean, with large grass area for family gatherings and a basketball court. They also offer an event hall for residents. Staff is really nice and easy to work with. Would recommend this community to anyone. It is also in a great location around many shops within walking distance.

Place is under constant construction. They have finally just gotten around to paving the streets after years of having the equipment just sitting there. It is way too overpriced for what you are getting.

Angie has been wonderful and understanding ❤️ as the park manager. She has stepped into a very hard role as a manager and is shaping up the park. Thank you for all you do
