T-Mobile

This is a consistently great store. I have visited them several times over past 3 years and staff have always been knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.

It looked pretty busy in there when I went yesterday (1/02/2021) but customer service was friendly and outstanding. Selene was the sales rep at the time when I needed to get a new phone. She was very thorough and easy to talk to.

I want to give a shout out to the real MVP there and that is my main man XAVEN MILLER!!! He helped us out from beginning to the end and went out of his way to make sure everything was figured out before we left. If anyone wants a real deal professional talk to him. And if you do I guarantee you that you will be “ SAVEN WITH XAVEN”. I will not go to anyone else for my phone issues in the future.

We had such a great experience getting new phones! Dominic was so helpful at explaining the process and helping us while we set up our new phones! We are so happy with our choice to come to this location!

This store was great. Plenty of associates to help you out and great customer service. I will be going back to that store for anything T-mobile related.
