Love this pharmacy way better than CVS Lee is the bomb he looks like Rick from The walking Dead

Ok to poor.nnLouis and the techs are friendly, attentive and engaging to your face. Then there are the rest of the pharmacists which are plain awful and 100% the EXACT reason I leave pharmacies I adore and have been loyal to in the past.nnExamples:nnFirst encounter with non Louis pharmacist. Hi, When will the regular pharmacist be back, he was working on getting a bunch of things transferred over...blah blah. What do you mean REGULAR pharmacist? Heavy on the attitude, sarcasm, misogyny and condescension. Then when I told him not to speak to me like that he acted like he had no idea what I meant. What a spiteful miserable a s s.nnExample2. Calling at end of day. Phone rings, old grump a s s immediately puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Never picks back up.nnExample 3. I go today to pick up final rxs. Pharmacist I assume is SITTING IN A CHAIR. Angrily looks over at the drive thru when I pull up, rolls his eyes and looks back at whatever he was goofing around with previously. So I press the button a second time. Well if looks could k i l l his eyeballs would be deadly weapons and I would be d e a d. I apologize for disturbing your restful paid fun time man, but I did have medications to pick up.nnThen, the most concerning thing was that I discovered as I've been transitioning here, I know for a fact I've made several verbal requests for things and they just have been ignored. Ball been dropped several times too many. As if I need to provide another example, here it is: I needed to immediately fill six medications at the other Rite Aid.nnThankfully I went right around the corner today and the ladies got me straight almost immediately without any unnecessary weird grief or anxiety on my part which was greatly appreciated. They seemed to be a really strong team over there plus not allergic to working.

We love the convenience of this location! The staff is nice and the prices are good.

Their pharmacy staff is wonderful and have no problem when I request a generic from a specific manufacturer ( other stores have said take what we give you or go somewhere else). Store staff is very friendly and helpful.

Small but friendly place. Never busy and away have the essentials. Though you will pay more for convenience.
