Used to be the only pharmacy I went to and today was the last straw. My family and I will be switching to the nearby Walgreens. After my last prescription took over 6 days to fill, today my daughter's prescription was supposed to be ready in 2 hours and I was promised a call when it was ready. 6 hours later and another phone call to the pharmacist, they say it's finally ready. My husband gets there and 15 minutes later it's finally mixed. And then we got the medicine without something to measure the medicine with. Ever since the new pharmacist took over, this location is slow and always takes forever and nothing ever gets done.

Every time I go in to the pharmacy everybody goes way out of their way to make sure I'm okay thank you the cashiers and the rest of the employees say hello to me when I walk in the door nice place

The pharmacy is horrible. I've been getting my prescriptions with rite aid since 2009. I moved in 2017 and when my rite aid closed I was sent to the one on ferrel parkway. The pharmacist and the pharmacist assistant ate the most terribly people I've ever had to deal wit . I'm a stage 4 cancer patient so inhave a few meds that are filled monthly at this location. Everytime its time to refill I dread it. Everytime I call to check on theres an issue they cant fill it or they dont have it on my profile. A medicine infill every month all.of a sudden it's not on my profile . I need this medicine to stay alive. They are rude snappy and tell me I cant have meds yet before they even know what needs to be filled. My experience with this pharmacy has been horrible with these 2 individuals. It makes it even harder like it's not already difficult enough being a stage 4 cancer patient to have to deal with their nasty attitudes and the way they talk to me.

I'm a big fan of Rite Aid. This is a very good Rite Aid been awhile since I've been in here but you still shopping here frequently. Very clean conveniently-located easy to notice from the street. Is located across from the Wawa and Indian Lakes Shopping Center. Good place for quick shopping needs prescriptions all your first aid needs. Always got good sales keep up the good work 5 stars Rite Aid you'll continue to get my business make sure you stop in for all your needs and make sure you sign up for you Rite Aid card get those extra benefits

This review is about the pharmacy not the store. Every time my doctor sends a prescription i have to call and ask them to please fill it because it will sometimes take 48 hours before you even hear from anyone. Not even an automated call. I also make sure to call to fill my medication which I get every 30 days about 5 days in advance because there is always such a delay. When I called today to check on my medication I filled 2 days ago they said “it will be done after 2pm today” I then asked what is the normal time frame for filling Rx’s so I can plan accordingly next time. I was then told “well we are short staffed, see you after 2pm”. I go at 2:45 to give them extra time since they need it, my prescription is still sitting there on the counter. They are constantly scrambling around and seem very lost. I’m probably going to just drive back to pleasure house to that rite aid. Honestly this sounds nitpicky but when you are dealing with peoples medications it’s important to have communication and make people feel like things are being taken care of.
