My usual go to drug store came to an abrupt end today due to an angry manager not listening and/ or twisting my words, when I was simply seeking information first, whether or not I could do an exchange/ return on an item. Simple yes or a no would've sufficed instead, the exchange became very confrontational and hostile. Thank you, to the other associate who understood me.

There's a pandemic going around. Why is the pharmacy open to people going inside to get their meds when there's a drive thru service available? There's bound to be a lot of sick people inside and I don't want to go inside around them with the virus to get my meds because the staff was too busy to deal with drivers. People need to use the drive through when dropping off prescriptions and picking them up to protect everyone. When no one is at the drive through to serve drivers, the drivers have to go inside for prescriptions, risking themselves to the covid-19. Can this pharmacy try to be more attentive to drivers going through the drive thru so they don't get sick because they went inside?

The staff is always friendly. The pharmacist knows your name and assists happily with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this Riteaide! My family and I have been going here for years! Feels like a small town pharmacy which I am accustomed to and they really care for their client’s health.
