I feel bad for writing this review but I have had numerous negative experiences with this Walgreens and I had to decide yesterday never to go back. I hope my review helps save someone else frustration and time wasted.nWe were loyal customers to Barr’s Pharmacy for 25 years. Unfortunately they closed a few months ago so we transferred all of our prescriptions to this Walgreens. Big mistake. Their pharmacy staff is rude and does not care about your medical needs. When filling prescriptions, I was told to come back numerous times because the prescriptions weren’t ready. I was also told they don’t carry a common medication. When I asked for help in how to get it I was told they don’t carry it and I was on my own- they didn’t care. CVS had it no problem.nI have also gotten photos printed here and gifts made out of photos. Last spring they messed up one of my projects but I decided to try them again this week. I should have known better. The project came out with significant flaws. I didn’t want to be rude but I pointed out the flaws and basically asked for help in what we could do to fix it. Again- the staff did not care or try to help me. I ended up paying for my damaged product and left frustrated. I probably should have stood up for myself more but the employee was so rude I didn’t know what to do. There are many options for pharmacies and photo places. I will not go back to this Walgreens and I urge you to consider trying somewhere else if you want decent customer service.

Clean store, well stocked, kind staff. Easy in quick out.

You know what’s quicker than this pharmacy drive thru? Researching your ailment and creating your own medicine from scratch.

Cashier Remy was extremely rude when I asked if someone was available for the FedEx side since the phones were constantly ringing and I needed to pick something up. Instead of saying someone was coming she choose to call someone over the intercom and point without any sense of direction. Apparently the FedEx guy Taylor thought his phone was more important . Poor pick up poor location .

Your African American employee with glasses who’s overweight and works in the pharmacy is disrespectful. She tried arguing with me in front of my kids, all because she wasted our time coming up there when I called ahead specifically asking if they have flu shots and if they accept our insurance. She claimed I never asked which is a lie. Then proceeded to argue in front of customers and my children. I walked away and spoke to management about this who could care less. You lost a customer.
