No one at the pharmacy seems to know what's going on. On every visit I see employees whispering to each other about what's wrong or why some co-worker told customers the wrong information. That also means long waits, which is even more frustrating with covid going around. It has also taken hours to get any medication, including painkillers after surgery. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, we all have off days, but it's consistently disorganized and with poor communication. I've switched pharmacies.

The drive thru process was excellent. The lady who helped me was very pleasant. But then I tried the phone system right after because I forgot to ask what I can take along with the antibiotics for discomfort. The automated phone system is equipped with an option to talk to a pharmacist. I waited for 20 minutes, being assured by the auto answering service that a pharmacist would be with me momentarily.nI waited and waited and waited, no pharmacist picked up the phone. I think it would have been better if the system just told me to hang up and call again rather than make me hope the call would be answered.

Updated January 2021, once again we have received an incorrect count of the medication. We were then blamed for their incompetence.nnShame on you CVS and your lying pharmacist. Your inability to even look me in the face was sad. You are fired as a trusted provider of medicine.nnWant a poor experience? Their inability to provide simple service levels is consistent. Their staff must have just gotten out of school and can't even remember who you are when you go through their business every other day... We spend a lot of time and money here.nnConsistently slow drive through. Very low customer service in the pharmacy. 30 minute waits in the drive through are normal.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Wait times are short, approximately 4 minutes or less.

This is the best store ever been going from day they opened. The pharmacy is outstanding. When I go there I feel like family in the same loop. That's pretty dang good if you ask me. They clean ,up to date and all with a smile. I now live in oceanview all most to Hampton. But I will always go to them for what I need. Need I say no more !!!!!!!!! I want to thank the girls in pharmacy so much for all they do.
