So my psychiatrist sent a prescription to here, and after nine days of not getting my prescription I just said screw it and switched to the kroger down the street which not only charged less than half the price Walgreens would've, but got it done that day when I told them how long I've waited. My psychiatrist even left two different voice mails telling them I'm still waiting, and they just didn't fill it up for whatever reason. Nine days of them just being too lazy to fill my prescription, that is unacceptable
Imagine having a drive through and ignoring customers in the drive through. I’ve actually had to call the store to get someone to come to the drive through and acknowledge me after waiting for 15 minutes
This Walgreens has the friendliest Staff!! All of the employees and managers have always been so nice to me and my sons whoever gave them a bad rating is not a long-term customer because I’ve experienced great customer service consistently at this location. Great location with great selection and a neighborhood feel.
Got one of the two items I entered for. They were out of Lindt chocolate bar with chili! Not the first time, either.
No patrons were wearing masks and staff said nothing.
